- 分析客服电话及网上答疑客户及消费者问题种类，提供客户及消费者需求动向信息。
要求:
- 专科以上学历，医药专业背景，有医生/护士或者800客服工作经历者优先；
- 普通话标准流利，声音纯美，口齿清晰，有耐心；
- 责任心强、认真细致，具有良好的顾客服务意识和团队精神；
